Serving Breakfast, Brunch and Dinner, the Urban Farmer features breakfast favorites like the Northwest Omelete (foraged mushrooms, asparagus, caramelized onions, choice of toast) and Farmer Benedict (house-made English muffin, honey ham, poached egg, bearnaise). Dinner entrees include New York Steak Tasting (6oz each: Oregon Grass-Fed, Brandt Prime, Painted Hills Thirty Day Dry-Aged), Seared Dayboat Scallops (market vegetable risotto, spring onion, peas, mushroom, chives), and Smoked ½ Chicken (roasted onion, black pepper BBQ sauce, cilantro).

Offering locally sourced 100% gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian cuisine, Harlow’s breakfast menu includes satisfying entrees like the Farmers Vegetable Scramble with brown rice or quinoa (choice of farm fresh eggs, smiley tempeh, or seasoned jackfruit scrambled with roasted vegetables, spinach, and kale in a chipotle cashew hollandaise), lunch and dinner favorites like the Urban Bowl (mixed salad greens, steamed kale, olive oil, kimchi, sea vegetables, avocado, carrots, scallions, sunflower seeds and za’atar with choice of sauce), Utopian Dream Salad (raw shredded green papaya, carrots, shredded kale & broccoli tossed in almond butter pad Thai sauce, topped with sliced almonds, mint, cilantro, and sesame seeds), and Wild Mushroom Stroganoff (seasonal mushrooms, tempeh, onion, cashew cream sauce and organic penne pasta).

The Blooming Lotus is 100% plant-based, organic, and sourced locally when possible.

Favorites include Bibimbap (broccoli, marinated mushrooms, kimchi, cucumber salad, brown rice, Korean bbq soy curls, sesame-tamari dressing, sesame seeds, chili sauce, scallions), Roasted Fennel and Apple Salad (roasted fennel, Dijon-cider vinaigrette, honey crisp apples, kale, Marcona almonds, olives, chevre), and Thai Wrap (spinach, cucumber, red bell peppers, carrots, mint, cilantro, cabbage, coconut, peanut dressing and peanut-tamari soy curls wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla).

Off The Waffle

Serving authentic Liège waffles made from local organic produce, Off The Waffle popular menu items include the Self-Fulfilling Prophecy (Liège Waffle topped with one sunny side up organic farm fresh egg, nitrite-free bacon, real Vermont maple syrup), Goat in Headlights (Liège Waffle topped with chèvre (goat cheese), organic avocado, fresh organic basil, two sunny side up organic eggs topped with paprika and fresh coriander, drizzled with arbequina olive oil), and Hey Bob (Liège Waffle topped with sliced organic apple, melted Havarti cheese lightly dusted with cinnamon and drizzled with real Vermont maple syrup).
