First course options include Mushrooms & Toast (grilled foraged seasonal mushrooms, Hawaiian volcanic sea salt, local egg yolk and local microgreens, crostini); Dungeness Crab Cake (fresh Pacific Northwest Dungeness crab, panko, green onion, red pepper jelly, greens); and more.

Second course options include salads such as Kale Brussels Sprout Caesar (baby kale, shaved Brussels sprouts, house-made breadcrumbs, Parmesan, pepper, classic Caesar dressing, anchovy).
