Open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm local time, Fire-n-Spice features vegan and gluten-free menu items like Italian Stew (coconut milk, sweet potato, pumpkin, chayote, red/pigeon beans, garlic, scallion, thyme, pimento, allspice, sea salt); Chole (an Indian style dish consisting of chickpeas simmered with garam masala); Steamed Wilted Greens (kale and/or seasonal greens wilted with olive/sunflower/coconut oil, onion, garlic, sea salt); Jamaican Run Dung (chayote and butternut squashes sauteed in coconut milk); and much more.

Their menu includes a variety of Mezze (shareable treats, some enough for a meal) with items like Grilled Pita and Baba Ghanoush, Korean Sticky Ribs, Chicken Satay Skewers, Middle Eastern Sampler (hummus, muhammara, baba ghanoush and labani – house made yogurt cheese – cucumber, tomato and red onion salad, grilled pita); and much more.

Entrees include Grilled Bistro Steak (Creekstone Farm Premium Black Angus beef from Kansas, marinated and grilled, served with French fries and greens, and truffle aioli); Duck Confit Leg (house made, served on warm spinach, with grains and shitake mushrooms sauteed in a sherry-shallot vinaigrette); and Filet Mignon of Tuna (seared sushi-grade ahi tuna on a bed of coriander-scented sauteed baby spinach and oven roasted tomatoes, finished with a sesame-ginger glaze).

Also on their menu is a variety of wood-grilled flatbreads with alternative bases such as gluten-free or cauliflower dough. Try the Arugula (onion marmalade/asiago base, Stracciatella, baked and topped with arugula, tomatoes, tossed with virgin olive oil and lemon).

Served with your choice of fancy fries or organic mixed greens. You can substitute a hand-formed plant-based patty (v/gf) if you wish. They offer a variety of burgers including Breakfast Burger, Baja Burger, Blue Cheese Burger, 3 Shrooms Burger, West Coast Burger, Cuban Burger, and more.
