Their menu changes with the seasons, of course. But typical menu entrees include Buttermilk Fried Chicken (barley, greens, house pickles, cilantro lime aioli, jalapeño), Ruby Trout (potato, peas, lemon, parsley), and Vegan Moussaka (eggplant, tofu, tomato, cucumber, onion, mint, oregano).

1828 Central Avenue Southwest
Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104

Growing food in the high desert isn’t easy, but owner/founder Erin Wade has persevered with her alliances with area farms like the 10 terraced acres along the Nambe River in New Mexico. This agroecological farm is one of the suppliers of seasonal vegetables and fruit and farm fresh eggs for the Vinaigrette restaurant.

The Vinaigrette, located on historic Route 66, offers savory dishes like Eat Your Peas (fresh baby lettuce and sweet green peas with crunchy bacon shards, savory white mushroom sauté and Asiago cheese with a tart vinaigrette), bright and zingy dishes like Cherry Tart (sweet dried cherries, crumbled feta, and chilied pecans tossed with arugula & Swiss chard, Champagne vinaigrette), and “just a little" sweet dishes like The Beet Goes On (fresh baby greens and arugula tossed with tangy goat cheese, chopped pistachios, balsamic roasted beets and honey-balsamic vinaigrette), and The Nutty Pear-Fessor (balsamic-roasted pears, bacon crumbles, toasted pecan halves and earthy blue cheese served with tender greens and ruby port vinaigrette).
