With the knowledge that what you eat really does matter combined with their desire to help heal the planet, founders T.K., Kevin and Ray they launched Veggie Grill in 2006. It has since grown to be an influential and popular vegan/vegetarian restaurant.

New on their menu is the BBQ Mac Burger (double “Beyond Burger” patty, creamy ranch, BBQ sauce, Mac & Cheese tossed in house-made VG cheese sauce and served with lettuce on a brioche bun) and the Diablo Quesadilla Burger (a cheese quesadilla wrapped around a Beyond Burger patty, romaine lettuce, jalapenos, pico de gallo, and housemade spicy diablo sauce -- this one is HOT!).

Their partnership with Ecolibrium Farms, an organic farm in Woodinville, WA, provides each of their stores with local, hyper-seasonal, organic produce. Their chef produces nutritious slow-cooked food served fast. Sandwich options (available gluten-free) include the Broccoli Melt (white cheddar, smoky roasted broccoli, caramelized onions, chermoula aioli & farm greens), Za'atar Smashed Chickpea (za’atar smashed chickpeas, shredded beets, avocado, cucumbers, pickled red onions, cilantro, lemon harissa tahini & farm greens), and Grass-fed Steak & Blue (grass-fed steak, blue cheese, caramelized onions, roasted garlic aioli & farm greens).
