With their made-from-scratch, locally sourced farm-fresh ingredients, the Flower Child has earned a stellar reputation for delicious, good-for-you foods. You’ll find their menu includes a variety of salads and bowls, along with scrumptious entrees like Yuzu Brussels Sprouts (charred onion, savoy cabbage, golden miso), Cracked Cauliflower and Quinoa (date, currant, pistachio, Greek yogurt, cilantro, mint), and The Rebel (grilled steak, charred onion, port salut cheese, arugula, horseradish yogurt).

Truly one of our favorite healthy restaurants, True Food Kitchen is a unique chain of restaurants based on the anti-inflammatory food pyramid developed by founder, Dr. Andrew Weil, renowned integrative medicine physician. Each menu item is carefully selected and combined into healthy and flavorful dishes.

On the menu, you’ll find satisfying salads like the Good Earth Kale Cobb Salad (cashew poblano ranch, avocado, asparagus, snap peas, pickled jicama, coconut bacon, organic tomatoes, garbanzo beans, gorgonzola) and Ancient Grains Bowl (miso sesame glazed sweet potato, turmeric, charred onion, snap peas, grilled portobello, avocado, hemp seed).
