Our Templeton Team has been hard at work. Here are a few of the newest healthy restaurants that we’ve added to The Templeton List, eateries that stand out for their commitment to healthy, delicious food. These are the spots you might not have heard of, tucked away in various corners of the country, from the quiet streets of the Northeast to the sunny neighborhoods of the West Coast.

Grain and Berry

Open for lunch (Monday-Friday), dinner 7 days a week, and brunch on Saturday-Sunday, this Italian neighborhood restaurant is located in the Las Vegas Arts District in downtown Las Vegas. Menu items include their Homemade Sourdough Bread served with good butter, olive oil, and sea salt; Three-Day Sourdough Pizzas; House-made pastas; and entrees such as Pan Roasted Mary’s Chicken (roasted tomato salad + pickled mushrooms + sherry jus); Spinach Risotto (braised mushrooms + garlic chips + pine nuts); Wild Mediterranean Branzino (fregola + cauliflower + pine nuts + capers + brown butter); and more.

Hugo’s Restaurant

Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Hugo’s menu changes seasonally. The Butcher’s Daughter

This plant-based restaurant, cafe, juice bar is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. They offer selections such as The Butcher Burger (beet and AkUa Kelp patty, tomato, arugula, caramelized onions, harissa mayo, gruyere, Dijon); Stone Oven Pizzas with Gluten-Free crusts; Ancient Grain Bowl (fonio, baby kale, roasted seasonal veggies, dates, avocado harissa, pistachio) and much more.
