This Korean restaurant is open six days a week (closed on Tuesdays), was named “Food & Wine Best New Chefs 2021” and was a James Beard Semifinalist in 2024. Located in the heart of New York City, this restaurant overlooks Madison Square Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Manhattan, and sits at the base of a historic Art Deco building on the corner of East 24th Street and Madison Avenue. It has earned several accolades, including 4 stars from the New York Times and 3 stars from the Michelin guide. Their tasting menu consists of entirely plant-based courses. Their hours are Monday to Wednesday: 5:30 pm to 10 pm; Thursday to Friday: 5 pm to 11 pm; Saturday: 12 pm to 2 pm, 5 pm to 11 pm; and Sunday: 5 pm to 11 pm. A local favorite known for its vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Some of the local favorites include Tacos Gone Nutz (Meatless Tacos), Curry in A Hurry (with Chicken), Mung Bean Taco Salad (for those looking for a crunch), and the Avo-Loco (a delicious salad with tons of the best avocados you’ll ever feast upon). They also regularly change up their Specials, and offer new flavors of Kombucha on tap. And from time to time, they offer have new desserts.

Their menu changes almost daily and exists to showcase the finest of Iowa ingredients while supporting local farmers. According to their own estimation, approximately 90% of the ingredients they use come from local farms. They feature grass-fed beef and lamb, and pasture-raised chicken and duck. All are raised without the use of hormones, antibiotics, steroids or cages. Their butter and cream come from grass-fed cows and they use local organic or chemical-free produce. Their seafood is sustainably sourced from responsible fishing communities. The majority of their menu is gluten-free and they offer many unique vegetarian items.
