Featuring plant-based, organic foods and ingredients, this restaurant is able to accommodate gluten-free, raw, and other special dietary requests. Favorites include the Organic Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea, Pumpkin Curry (gluten-free, soy-free homemade red chili paste cooked with authentic Thai herbs and spices in coconut milk base), and Love on Fire (gluten-free and spicy sushi roll).

The M Café

The M features a plant-focused contemporary macrobiotic cuisine. They serve breakfast, brunch, salads, bowls, sushi, sandwiches and burgers. Their menu items which feature soy, use only organic and non-GMO versions. They use NO refined sugars. Their mixed greens and herbs are sourced from Scarborough Farm.

Try the Macro Grain Bowl Salad (house-made sauerkraut, Koda Farm organic heirloom brown rice, raw kale, carrot, red kidney beans, herb baked tofu, braised hijiki, sprouts, carrot ginger dressing); Lunchbox Sandwich (choice of line-caught albacore tuna salad, egg-less salad or curried chickpea salad, toasted multigrain bread, lettuce, tomato, vegan mayo, house giardiniera); or Faroe Island Miso Salmon Roll (baked miso salmon, avocado and cucumber).

Pace features classic pasta dishes, salads, and pizzas made with handpicked, locally grown and organic ingredients. Favorite menu items include Pace's famous cedar wood grilled salmon (seasoned with shallots, fresh herbs, lemon juice & extra virgin olive oil); Sautéed local red snapper (lemon zest, Italian parsley, capers, Pace’s organic extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and Maldon sea salt); Grilled Niman Ranch, grass fed, prime ribeye (prime cut & seasoned with Mediterranean sea salt, on a bed of Flora Bella Farm arugula); and Braised lamb shank (served au jus).
