The Meltz sources local and organic ingredients through the Ohio Valley Food Connection when possible, offering vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, and gluten-free menu items.

Favorites include Roasted Garlic & Lemmon Hummus w/ Flatbread (v and gf option w/ chips); Avocado Bliss (baked tofu, half avocado, shallots, tomatoes, roasted garlic, white cheddar, herbed vinaigrette and mixed greens in a wheat tortilla -- request “in a bowl” for gf); and Verde Chicken (roasted chicken, artichoke, zucchini, sun-dried tomato, basil pepita pesto, provolone, arugula, with a balsamic drizzle).
